Dr. Virginia Gavris
Specialist in Pediatrics and Director
Dr. Gavris received her DMD from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. She has advanced specialty training in pediatric dentistry and received a Masters degree from Harvard University's School of Public Health. She has published several peer-reviewed articles and lectured both in the U.S. and internationally.
Dr. Gavris has been the recipient of numerous awards for clinical, patient care, and scientific research. These awards include the following: a student research award from the AADR, an excellence award from the American Society of Dentistry for Children, a Stowell-Orbison Award from the International Academy of Pathology and was the First Place winner of the Bates Day Research Competition.
She is an active member of the International/American Association of Dental Research as well as the Massachusetts Dental Society and American Dental Association.
